A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the third-party company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and returns its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

No Court-Record Data on File
This site does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case data. It publishes reference information about Randolph County records held by the Circuit Clerk, Magistrate Clerk, municipal courts, WVPASS, and MCR Search. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or records about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each partner controls its own retention and disclosure practices, so review those terms before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Throughout the site we link to clerk of court pages, trial court portals, statewide case-search systems, legal aid groups, and third-party search tools. Clicking any of those links takes you off our site. At that point, their privacy policy governs your visit. Read it before sharing any personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.

We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
