About Randolph County Court Docket

Randolph County court dockets are divided among the Circuit Clerk, Magistrate Clerk, Family Court, and municipal courts. We organize the official West Virginia search routes, office contacts, and record-request options so readers can identify the correct custodian before searching or requesting a copy.

Why We Built This Site

West Virginia provides public access through more than one route. WVPASS covers public circuit matters, while MCR Search supplies magistrate case information. Neither replaces the clerk who holds the official file. Randolph County also has separate municipal records in Elkins, Mill Creek, and Huttonsville. We assembled the official portals, local contacts, search fields, and request paths because choosing the correct court is often the hardest part of a docket search.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to a West Virginia court, clerk, or public agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own results, prices, and privacy practices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not control a partner's fees or results, so official case facts should still be checked with the Randolph County court or clerk.
